Social evening on September 24, 2025
Regular rate: 80,-
Reduced* rate: 60,-
The social evening takes place on the MS Graf Zeppelin and includes a buffet, drinks and music. The number of participants is limited. Registration takes place via ConfTool and is open until the maximum number of participants has been reached. A place on the waiting list can be requested by e-mail.
CO2 compensation
We would like to encourage everyone to travel as sustainably as possible and, if possible, to avoid travelling by plane. For those who are unable to travel sustainably, there is the option of compensating for this by making a donation when registering via ConfTool and thus supporting the sustainable organisation of the conference on site.
Boat trip and aperitif on September 24, 2025
Participation in the boat tour is included in the conference fee and is independent of participation in the subsequent social evening.
Opening ceremony and reception on September 22, 2025
Participation in the opening ceremony in the Audimax of the University of Konstanz and the subsequent reception with buffet is included in the conference fee.
Confirmation of participation
The confirmation of participation will be automatically available via ConfTool from September 25, 2025.

- Reduced rates apply for students from other universities, PhD candidates, and unemployed persons. Please provide a proof of status during your registration in Konstanz.
- Please note that to register for the conference you will need to create a new ConfTool account, even if you have used ConfTool before for other conferences.
- Participation in the RomLabs is free of charge.
